The Villa has the perfect layout for a group or family. The three bedrooms contain king size double beds. One of these is in the master suite, with its own TV room. The living room offers an ideal common space for all residents of the villa. Then there is the terrace with the large outdoor dining table and a view of the garden, which invites you to relax.
The living room is located on the middle floor. From here you have a wonderful view of your garden, where the fireplace is located.This bright, but protected room offers you and your companions the ideal lounge for a nice time together. Here you will find the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy seating area. The terrace can also be accessed directly from the living room and also brings living outside, where a cozy outdoor seating area and space for yoga or other sports exercises are revealed.
From the middle floor, a modern wooden staircase leads down to the master suite, past a unique real Russian wine, which grows over three floors. First you get into your TV room with a Samsung Smart TV, on which HD Austria is activated and you have access to Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video.
