Summary: My flight was canceled twice, I lost my prescription sunglasses, the weather was bad, I was under the weather and the airlines associate was very crude but the front desk clerk was so accommodating and friendly. It was the highlight of the 7 hour ordeal. He did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. He even let me stay a little longer after checkout so i wasn't rushed for the next 8 hour day at the airport. The shuttle drivers were fantastic too.
