This property is set nicely between Emsworth, Portsmouth and Hayling Island so you can easily get to the beach, harbour village, or attraction filled Portsmouth! The apartment comes with a parking space and is on the doorstep of Havant town which boasts plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. M&S food hall is 5 minute walk away if you want to do a shop as you arrive on your holiday. Pretty Langstone Harbour can also be reached on foot where you will find beautiful waterside pubs and several lovely harbourside walks. The train station is also within easy walking distance and has excellent links to London Waterloo.
1 Vellum Court has been newly refurbished and the large open plan living space will give you plenty of room to cater for all of the family. Cosy down on the large sofa in front of the wide screen TV or sit up at the modern dining table and chairs for a game with a glass of wine or two. The open plan kitchen set with island makes it the perfect spot for entertaining with a further two seats at the breakfast bar.
