Designer wide plank 7 ft. vinyl floors over cork underlay, solid wood cabinets with soft close doors, quartz counter tops, impact resistant windows. LED can lights, new appliances and so much more. South West exposure provide windows and sunlight in every room. Trolley stop right in front of condo. Small complex located directly on the beach and very walk-able! There is no elevator in the complex. This is a 2 story walk up but worth every step!

Summary: Property is on the southern end of Indian Rocks Beach. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior has recently been completely remodeled. Very modern and spacious. Balcony is small, but looks right out on the Gulf and is great for watching the sunset. Location is great - several restaurants are easily walkable. Keep in mind the only access to the condo is via a couple flights of stairs - no elevator. Our only gripe was that a neighbor's (nextdoor or below) AC unit started roaring loudly and vibrating the wall at the head of the master bed. We were forced to sleep in the guest room the last 2 nights.
