Positive: Anna is an absolutely wonderful, warm-hearted, and kind person. Even though I made the booking just 5 minutes beforehand, she welcomed me and treated me so warmly and sincerely. She even drove me to the city center in her own car and helped me buy some food and clothes for myself. I highly recommend her to everyone!
