The spacious Grade 11 listed,18C house retains its original features and character and is close to beaches and the Salcombe estuary. There are some beautiful walks from the house, along the river Avon, or the former rail track which runs north from the village. Loddiswell has a good stocked local shop just a stone’s throw away,
