Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The boat itself is nice - though has clearly seen better days. The Captain and most of the crew were really helpful and friendly also. It is fun to stay on a boat - and for the most part, the location is good also.

Negative: The communication was terrible - worst I have ever had. The person looking after the hotel truly didn't seem to care. We saw her briefly on day one, then never again. Two days before arrival we were informed of lots of private sailings during which we could not be onboard. We lost an entire day to not being allowed there. Even the crew and Captain took pity on us and asked us to complain. This is a party boat in the evenings and a hotel where they can exploit guests they don't care about during the night. No soap, no one ever around, messages go unanswered. We were allowed eventually to join one cruise which was quite good and the crew on that were so so nice to us. We had guests leave early during our stay as it is basically a con... 600 euro for a boat we were almost never allowed on. One of the worst booking.com experiences I have ever had. Would never repeat. Have scored it 5 only because of the sailing crew and the cruise - who were lovely to us, otherwise would have been a zero. But yes, sadly never again and would strongly advise against going anywhere near it.

Summary: Be Very Careful - A Disco or a Hotel? You may end up never being allowed any time onboard.
