Positive: The unit was very nice and clean. The owners are very thoughtful in providing their guests with some extra amenities that make staying there easier. Beach towels and a cooler for examples. The pool was a nice area to relax and enjoy the day. The beach was close and the sunsets were spectacular.
Summary: A perfect break from the dreary Northeast.
