2 Bedroom House in Kahuku

You will enjoy relaxing in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course at the Turtle Bay Resort! Beautiful golf course views with ocean view right past the golf course. You may even see some horses grazing in the distance! Gated entry to the Kuilima Estates West and on site security guards. Comes with one assigned parking stall. Also has guest stalls. Complex is on the bus route so if you don't have a rental car you can still access the resort! This is a fully furnished home with towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! There is even a washer & dryer in the unit if needed! You may purchase groceries in Foodland store located near Waimea bay or in Laie town. There is a nice restaurant at the golf clubhouse/store that is walking distance.
This home is about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
The home is on the second floor (no elevator) which allows for better views and faces the ocean. The living area has a large Smart TV, Split AC, opens to a covered lanai. The main bedroom has a very nice King size bed, large closet, flat screen tv, AC, fan, lamps. The loft bedroom has two full size beds, fan, lamp and Split AC. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft has a shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave hood, refrigerator with ice maker & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and Krueig single serve coffee maker, blender. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There are ice chests, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets & pickleball paddles for your use. The complex has 3 swimming pools for your use, tennis/pickleball courts. You may also rent bikes, horses, surf boards, golf equipment at the hotel area or in Haleiwa.

Summary: This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 5 to explore the North Shore for a few days. Condo is spacious and clean and equipped with all you could ask for: snorkling gear, skim boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.It is located centrally so you can call it a home base to explore La'ie and the PCC on one side and all the great beaches on the other side.Although we stayed 4 nights, we did not have enough time to take advantage of all this location has to offer, like tennis, pickleball, and more.Jo Ann was great when it came to communicating info about check-in, check-out, and answering all of our other questions.I highly recommend it, and we will rent again when staying at the North Shore.
