2 Bedroom Apartment in Trinidad
Great ground floor apartment just outside of Trinidad, in a peaceful valley. Awesome view of Fisher's peak on one side, and a hilly view behind that boasts wildlife viewing! The apartment is fully equipped, with two queen beds and a brand new pull out queen/full couch. Comfortable for six people. Coin op laundry room is right next door, with three washing machines and dryers - great for travelers who want to just get all laundry done in an hour!
Close to town, hiking, biking trails, Trinidad Lake, and the amazingly scenic Highway of Legends. Trinidad is an outdoor lover's dream! In town, you'll find a charming Victorian era town with a great theater troupe, restaurants, shops, and just overall western charm!
Great option for travel nurses, work crews, vacationers.
Instructions For Your Stay:
First of all, if we can do anything at all to make your stay more comfortable, by all means, let us know!
1. The apartment is located at 1425 Atchison Ave, Unit #7 Trinidad, CO 81082. It is the first building on your left as you enter the parking lot, on the lower floor.
2. To get into the apartment, use the access pad.
3. PLEASE park only in the two parking spots assigned to unit #7. This is very important. We have a couple of tenants who are unnecessarily possessive of their parking spots, so make sure you're in the right ones. :)
4. The laundry room is right next door to the unit.
5. There is a play area and basketball court in the back of the unit.
6. There is a dumpster directly across from unit for trash disposal.
7. Please put all dishes in dishwasher, and towels in tub.
8. Please do NOT smoke, vape, dab, or anything that even remotely resembles it. We want this unit to stay as scent free as possible for our guests with sensitive allergies. DO feel free to smoke outside the unit.
9. Also, be advised that we cannot control the flow of smoke wafting into windows from other tenants.
