Features include spacious 3 BR/1.5 BA, LR, DR, Den, Office, Kitchen, dishwasher, convection microwave, gas stove top, electric oven, double sink, full refrigerator, laundry room, oversized closets & windows throughout, screened in porch, natural gas grill, high speed internet, & a 2 Smart TVs.
Notes: Guests are not permitted to light fires in fireplaces. Owner's apartment on premise, with separate entrance.
Rental period: 3 night min to 3 months max. Non-smoking. Pets welcome. Horse pasture or self-service stall boarding at no additional charge for one horse for first week, subject to availability.

Farm Animal Feeding & Care (Complementary): On occasion, at mutually agreed on times, renters may accompany the owner in feeding of farm animals, which may include 2 donkeys; miniatures: 2 pigs, 2 sheep, 4 goats. Signed waiver required. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Mr. Mittens, the beloved farm cat, may be visited at any time.
