Summary: The property was a remodel done on the cheap. The bathroom shower did not have sufficient cold water pressure. The carpet and floors were dirty in the living room, dining room, and the bedrooms. The Keurig coffee machine did not work. The trash bin on the back porch had not been emptied, causing us to not have enough space for our trash. The portable air conditioner on the stair landing began to leak water onto the floor. Mr. Strothers was notified. He stated the unit began to leak 2 hours before we arrived. He came over and put a bucket behind the unit and asked us to monitor the water and empty the bucket. The blinds and window sills were dusty. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There was dead brush cutting at the curb in front of the house. Overall not a good experience.
