There are two dining areas at your disposal: one in the kitchen and one in the living room. The lovely terrace is located on the first floor. Bedroom and Bathroom Master Bedroom - Light bedroom with a double bed. Second Bedroom - Airy bedroom with a double bed. Third bedroom - Bright bedroom with a double bed and a desk space. Fourth bedroom - Spacious bedroom with a chest of drawers. There are 3 bathrooms in the property. The first bathroom is complete with a cabin shower and a bathtub and the second and third are equipped with cabin showers. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. Guest Access Guests will have access to the whole house. A member of our team will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. House Rules - Additional Rules: The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: • Maximum group size: 6; • Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties; • No candles; • Dispose of rubbish appropriately; • Keep the property clean and tidy; • Please keep the noise down and respect your neighbours; • Please remember to close all the windows and doors when leaving the space; • Ensure that the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost; *Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Please also note that check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help! ***Checkout is at 10am at the latest due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that and you will be asked to purchase an extra nights stay.
