Summary: Olive Grove Villa is a beautifully designed spacious villa. We enjoyed our stay.. However it was let down by extremely poor management by BlueSkyHouses. It started badly when we had to chase for checkin instructions. Upon arrival there was a nice two bottles if wine.. thank you but airconditioning was not working in one bedroom and this took four days to get fixed.. We discovered there were quite a few other issues. as listed below.. the number of issues simply shows that the property is not being proactively looked after.. I was not expecting all these issues to be fixed during our stay but I was expecting a thank you for bringing them to their attention, a sincere apology and some kind of good will.. Despite phone calls and multiple emails to the Managing director, since leaving the property we have no reply. BlueSkyHouses don't seem to care. This villa used to be a field by itself but not anymore. there are now half built villas in front. Other previous guests have mentioned the building noise. When we were there was no building noise so were not worried about that. However I think the advert needs to be updated to reflect the current status...just to set guests expectations. List of issues: Air conditioning not working in one bedroom for four days meaning unusable- was fixed on day five; Extremely hard mattress in one bedroom- unusable; Master bedroom should have KING size bed according to description but did not (see photo description);Rotten decking around pool which is dangerous; Pool ladder/steps very loose and not safe; Front door does not open properly; Front door lock was jammed so we could not enter property - this was fixed; Living Room Patio doors cannot be opened fully due to missing knobs; ALL patio doors cannot be opened at all when it gets hot ;Rubbish and Cigarette butts in garden and balcony; Missing BBQ - was replaced on day five; Broken outside shower - was fixed on day four; Dishwasher wheels missing meaning very difficult to use; Cupboards in kitchen do not stay open; Glass on floor – traced to under fridge which looks never been cleaned. ( I cleaned it), Ice dispenser on freezer not working – this is because it is not plumbed in, Very poor level of equipment in kitchen ie no wine glasses, no baking trays, no salad bowls, after raising this, they kindly bought some more equipment but the fact it was missing shows this is not checked, Broken Kitchen Bin(was replaced), Broken furniture;
