Perfect for groups and multiple families! Sleeping accommodations are: 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Rollaway Twin Bed, 1 Queen Air Mattress. Parking for up to 2 cars in carport in addition to free street parking (no driveway parking please)
You'll enjoy a large 2,300 sq ft renovated home with modern amenities. The large home was converted into a duplex in the 1930’s. The 2nd & 3rd floors of the charming historical building are yours with private entrances via the front porch and back stairwell. Stairs are required for accessing the unit. We have lived in the first floor apartment and travel often, renting the unit on Airbnb frequently. *Please be mindful of noise late/early hours (especially dining room and front stairs) as other guests may be below you. We’ve done everything we can to soundproof, but it is an old home and the noise does still travel.
The Gas Light Clifton neighborhood has old world charm with grand homes with the convenience of being minutes from downtown and all the popular attractions Cincinnati and the greater metro has to offer (see below for travel times).
