Situated on the North Downs, Denmark House the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
The property been a successful world class residential recording studio for many years, and now, after extensive renovations, we have now opened our doors for short term lettings.
The studio is available on request, and we also have on site an equestrian centre and cafe, where you can book riding lessons and hacks.

On the ground floor, the main living area is a light, spacious and open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with a large open fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a 7 burner range cooker.
The first floor has it’s own open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and 3 double and 3 single bedrooms and bathroom.
You'll be located just outside the quiet village of Bluebell Hill, with stunning views and walks on your doorstop.
Squirells riding school is on the doorstep with Cafe plus, there is a great pub down the road, and the village of Maidstone is just 10 minutes away by car. You can even be in London for a night out within 50 minutes.
