The Space:
The apartment will be in guests private use- one seriously big private bedroom and one smaller bedroom in freshly renovated self service apartment, all amenities provided. PERFECT FOR INDEPENDENT TRAVELERS WHO LIKES SECURITY AND COMFORT. Please READ ALL DESCRIPTION and HOUSE RULES before booking.
No smoking , no parties.
This apartment has one silent smaller bedroom with double bed and small balcony- this fits two people. The other room is much bigger, it has a huge balcony, cozy double bed, working area with desk, wardrobe to store your belongings, a smaller extra bed (foldable) and one sofa bed with comfortable mattrass. So this bigger room can fit up to 4 -5people:) If you have any special requests, (about the arrangement of beds etc) please do let us know in timely manner- as at last moment we may not be able to satisfy them. All linens, towels and maps provided. Both rooms has its own lock. Pay attention to check in (after 3 PM) /out (before 11AM) times. Pay attention to house rules- No smoking! No mess! No noise! :) Please be also respectful and neat on balcony

The whole apartment is for booked guests to use.

The Neighborhood:
Koukaki is safe residental area. Casual buildings but very near to Acropolis. Excellent connection with public transport and many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes nearby.
Getting Around:
metro station Sygrou Fix in walking distance (6-7 min) and trolley buses connecting to Syntagma number 1,5,15 in 4 min walk. From airport X95 bus to Syntagma (or metro) and then short 5 eur taxi ride to apartment Pireaus port 30-40 min by bus 40 or 10-15 min by taxi (10-15 eur) Bus X95 from airport runs 24/7 and bus 40 from Syntagma to ship port also 24/7

*Also please note the check in (after 15:00) and check out (before 11:00 am). To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be very flexible with check in/out times, but we try to do our best to help our guests.
WE CAN NOT OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE, as we do not have space for such service, and for security reasons we can not have people coming and going after their check in/out times.
If you arrive 2-3 hours early and someone from staff is there, you may bring your luggage bit earlier.. But when your flight arrives/leaves very early or late, we recommend luggage storage in city centre- look our guidebook or ask us ;) If you should have any questions or I can help you or make your stay more convenient, please do not hesitate to ask!
LATE CHECK IN is ok - but you must be not noisy and must be very independent! After 12 at midnight we strongly recommend you to check in only when you use our private driver services- this is for your and our comfort- to make sure that you can arrive to the accommodation safely and instead of being lost somewhere and calling us at night to ask advice or help. The cost is same as usual taxi, but the comfort level is priceless:)

This place is best for independent travelers. You will need to read the house rules and all instructions provided as it is a self service apartment. We do not live in the property, actually we live quite far away, but we are almost always available (on reasonable times) by phone, by internet. All our communication is in ENGLISH, please ask help of an English speaking friend if your own skills are not enough to understand our instructions. PLEASE lets keep all communication here in airbnb to have a clear record. Also as we offer most of the basic info about transport and some suggestion, please read the ITINERARY before asking the questions (it is probably already answered!) Generally if you are confused about something or do not understand- feel free to ask, we are always happy to help!
