There are three levels to this home. The top level is the main access point from the street, and has a private 1 car garage, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, double oven, 5 burner range, dishwasher, microwave, pots & pans, etc…), a dining room table for 8, counter with 5 barstools, a large couch and a smart tv (for streaming), plus a powder room. A beachfront deck, and the BBQ is located on this level as well in the interior patio area.
The second level boasts a beachfront suite, with a King size bed, smart TV, and a full bath with a large jetted tub, separate shower and double sink vanity area and its own beachfront deck, with a stair down for its own beach access. The next bedroom is also on this level, and has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower and a large counter area. The third bedroom is also on this level, with two twin beds, a separate tub and an open shower area, with a double vanity. There is also a large couch for watching movies on the smart tv.
The bottom level has a second large beachfront suite, with a King size bed, smart TV, and a full bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a double vanity, and beach access. There is one additional bedroom with a bunk bed that is a full on bottom and a twin on top, this bedroom also has its own attached bath with a shower and a double vanity. There is a large game area on this level, which has a full size ping pong table and dart board, plus board games and books.
There is whole house WiFi and the water passes through a filtration system before entering the home. Linens are provided, including beach towels.
