This 2 story home has a finished basement and big backyard! 2 queen bedrooms, 2 lofted twin bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa. Recently rehabbed with new appliances and furnished with modern décor. Families will enjoy the playroom, toys, piano, games, and playset in the fenced in backyard! On a peaceful cul-de-sac near to restaurants, shopping, and close to the historic Lafayette Square.
The Space:
The space is equally great for business travelers and families alike. Stay in a private house that is clean, spacious, and full of entertainment for the kids!
1st floor has updated kitchen, living room, family room with a pull out sofa, half bath, and Roku TV. Enjoy the large board game collection!
2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 of the bedrooms are queen beds and 2 bedrooms are loft style twin beds -only suited for younger children.
The basement is a playroom equipped with toys, a piano, multi-purpose table, and has a half bath attached.
You'll love the private backyard with a large deck, fenced in yard, and a playset for the kids to enjoy!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
Street parking is available in front of the house.

Located near Downtown in the Gate District. South of the central corridor and west of Lafayette Square. Great central location, not more than 15 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home.
