Bonus main floor exercise/playroom. Huge backyard patio and deck with gas BBQ, hot tub and fire pit. Located on three wooded acres with a large and very private fenced back yard. Back yard is very kid and pet(dog) friendly. High speed wireless internet with Cable and ROKU Tv. Lot’s of parking, and a large full hookup RV space with 50 amp electric service. Space will accommodate up to 45 foot big rig. The home is handicap accessible, but not fully ADA compliant. There is a great view of Hayden Lake and wonderful North Idaho sunsets from the 45 foot front porch. Walking distance to a full service marina with boat and other water sport equipment rentals. Only 100 yards to popular waterfront bistro and grill. Ten minute drive to shopping center andTriple Play Family Fun Park in Hayden. Twenty five minutes to Silverwood theme park and 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d' Alene. Several nearby golf courses and hiking trails. Great fishing in Hayden Lake and other area lakes and streams.
