Renovated inside and out in 2009, the house is perfect for up to six people (in accordance with Woodstock Village rental occupancy rules) with a chef's kitchen and a generous comfortable sitting room with wood burning fireplace. French doors open to a stone terrace offering outdoor dining and spectacular sunset views. Wood floors throughout and rooms filled with natural light.
Upstairs, large master bedroom with queen-sized farmhouse bed, 3-sided exposures, and en-suite bathroom with shower and marble top double sinks. Two further bedrooms; one with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and one large kids' bunk room with 3 double beds.
Cozy carpeted TV room with 50' plasma, DVD, and cable, large floor cushions and comfortable seating.
Fourth bedroom on 1st floor, with queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and views onto back garden and pool area.
Outdoors, an oval in-ground swimming pool with weathered marble deck surrounded by lawn; beautiful ridge-line views from pool area.
