The house is located on a quiet dead end street just steps from the Sugarbush bus-route and a 1/8 mile distance from the base of Sugarbush Village and Lincoln Peak ski area. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails accessible from the driveway. Minutes from the golf course.
Spacious living room with large couch and plenty of chairs designed to accommodate the whole family. Large smart TV for sports and movies. Full sized desk with monitors and high speed internet can support multiple Zoom calls. The adjacent dining room and kitchen area has a large table with seating for up to 12 and a modern kitchen will stainless steel appliances. Brand new patio (2025) with a grill, Solo stove fire pit and outdoor seating. Peloton and yoga mats in the living room - bring your own shoes and must use phone/ipad to play the classes.
The bedrooms are comfortable with space for everyone in the extended family. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and en-suite bath with shower. Adjacent to the master is a room with 2 twin beds. There is also a third bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps 4 children and has its own smart TV for movie night. The bunk room also has a crib.
