A perfect getaway, it provides great access and privacy for up to 12 adults and one child under 12. Close to downtown Burlington, colleges and UVM, restaurants and local breweries.
You will be enchanted by amazing views of the lake and mountains in the oversized family room with 12 linear feet of windows, a cozy TV/entertainment room, a 25 foot long dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a glass-enclosed sun-porch, along with an open modern kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor with accommodations in the finished basement for 6 people in two bedrooms with full bathroom.
The house includes a two car garage, an outdoor deck with Weber grill, Adirondack chairs and table for four, laundry facilities. Parking available onsite for 6 cars in driveway and two in garage.
We charge $100 per person for each guest exceeding eight with a maximum of 13 guests. Gatherings of more than 25 people are prohibited.
