Our property is located at a high elevation. During winter months there may be snow storms that can affect the accessibility to the home. Four wheel drive may be required. There can be fire dangers in our area. During high fire danger warnings we will ask that the fire pit is not used by guests at any time. During fire season and winter months there may be unexpected power outages. Hosts will communicate if there are any preplanned outages. There is a generator that can provide power if an unplanned power outage should occur during your trip.
