This brand new 4 bedroom detached bungalow is a 7/ 10 minute walk from the centre of beautiful St Davids which boasts lovely shops, 3 pubs, restaurants/cafes, and supermarket. It's close to many beautiful beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Sleeping 8, with 1 bathroom, it has an enclosed rear garden, ample parking and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything has been newly purchased (Jan '21). Located in a quiet cul de sac, it has superfast fibre wifi, a smart tv and everything works well!
The space
Please be aware that the master bedroom and twin bedroom are in the main house. There are two additional bedrooms (double room and room with bunk bed) in a newly converted garage. This is yet to be fully connected to the main house so guests need to walk approximately 5 metres outdoors across the patio to access the main house (and bathroom). To get from the bunk room to the main house, you also have to walk through the double room. Please bear this in mind when booking as we would hate for you to be disappointed. There is a large private drive where 3 cars can park.
Other things to note
There is some building work going on at the rear of the back garden and at the entry to the cul de sac. The house is quiet though and we don't think people will find this annoying or noisy as we haven't.
