We welcome you to plan your next family vacation to the beautiful tropical island of Puerto Rico! Enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with all of the comforts from home. This home sleeps up to 15 guests, has AC, new appliances, washer, dryer, cable and WIFI. It is located in the Coco Beach Resort in the Villa Del Mar Development in Rio Grande which is 20 minutes from San Juan Airport and 30 minutes from the Fajardo Ferry Terminal. The pool is currently not open due to COVID-19
The open concept first floor is the perfect gathering location for you and your guests. Upon exiting the 2nd floor master bedroom, you can appreciate the areal view of the first floor living room. For those cozy nights at home needed to recuperate from the days events, you can enjoy the Home Theater with a full sized projection screen while relaxing in the 3 rows of plush recliners. If you need to do work, there is also an office, with a tv, desk, and pull out bed!
Centrally located, it is near many attractions! You can go West 25 Minutes to San Juan or 5 minutes East to El Yunque Rainforest. Zipline through El Yunque's rainforest and enjoy the breath taking views or take a refreshing dip after a magical hike through the rain forest in one of the Tropical Ponds.
Visit the Luquillo Kioskos located only 10 minutes away and enjoy a boardwalk type atmosphere with Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine and Caribbean night life, or just relax on the beach and jet ski.
The newly renovated Hyatt Resort at the end of the Coco Beach Resort peninsula also boasts the largest pool in the Caribbean as well as multiple 5 Star restaurants from world renown Chefs. If you enjoy gambling, come enjoy the Casinos at the newly opened Wyndham Grand Rio Mar a couple of traffic lights away.
If you prefer to stay inside the resort you can play golf at the World famous Coco Beach Golf Club which hosts the Puerto Rican open, or ride the bikes we have available to the private beach located only minutes away from the house.

Summary: The communication with the property manager/ host, Kimberly, was excellent. She was very responsive to all of our questions. However, I do not think we will be repeating this stay. We ran into problems from the very start of our day before checking in. Upon arriving at the property, you come across a security gate that you need to punch in a code that was sent to you in advance with the check in the process; however, the box you need to use to punch in the number did not work at all, and we couldn’t come in. We had to wait for someone to come in and follow them since the security person at the gate did not bother to help us. Following this first problem, we got to the house, and we did not receive the code for the key lockbox, so we had to call the contact person, who did not answer right away. Once getting the code, we checked out the place and found several safety hazards, maintenance issues, and cleanness. Serval window handles throughout the house were broken. (Master bedroom, foyer, and one of the bedrooms. Although the A/C units were on, the areas didn’t cool down because of the hot air coming in. Since the windows don’t close, all the noises from outside could be heard clearly (trash pick-up, dogs, cars, even a rooster). We encounter serval issues in the bathrooms as well. The tubs didn’t seem as if they were recently cleaned; there was dirty and had hair in the drains. In addition, there is a filthy non-slip pad in the tub of the hall bathroom. The location of the downstairs is comfortable, although a bit on the small side. The upstairs railing is very loose and wiggles, present to be a hazard to anyone with small Childers or elderly that need to hold on as they descend. The downstairs bathroom is convenient, although the sink is small and uncomfortable. There are only two bedrooms out of the 4 that you can actually sleep in. The rooms with window issues had fans, but they were filthy as well. In addition, ignorer to sleep in the master bedroom I had to clean one of the fans. We noticed that the front door was installed backward. The door hinges are on the outside, and there is a gap between the doors that allows someone from the outside to look inside.
