Laurelhurst Park is across the street. It's a five minute walk to Whole Foods and the Laurelhurst Theater. You also have healthy list of great Portland coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops to choose from between 28th and Burnside, SE Belmont and SE Hawthorne. We also have great neighbors!

We do live on the upper, two main floors of the house. Teens are here part time. On occasion we rent our space as a vacation rental, usually a three night stay here and there.
