Our spacious 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Pool Home is nicely decorated in blues and greens throughout, making it very inviting and comfortable. The home accommodates 8 guests easily, with a large living room with plenty of seating, good sized bedrooms, and a screened in lanai with an additional tv and seating area that overlooks your private pool, great for entertaining and relaxing!
The Florida home is a short distance from Downtown St Petersburg (10 min Drive, 3 miles) and is within striking distance to the many amenities and activities the area has to offer. Walking distance from the home is the beautiful Rio Vista Park, with a great walking and bike path, kid's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and an outdoor gym. Minutes away is Weedon Island, a nature reserve where you can walk around and see Florida's wildlife, rent kayaks and go through the mangrove canals, or a place to slip your boat in and explore! The home is also only 25 minutes from local beaches.
Our charming house has been updated and features four bedrooms including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three additional bedrooms with queen and full beds, and an additional family bathroom. The whole house is comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated throughout.
Outside you'll find a fully fenced in backyard that gets plenty of sun throughout the day, great for utilizing our lounge chairs by the 25ft secluded pool (unheated) and soaking up the Florida sun! The lanai is located just off the pool, creating a great screened in outdoor space with comfortable seating and a tv.
Our house comes with a fast speed WiFi throughout, making it easy to work remotely, or for a large family with lots of devices! There is a designated desk to work from overlooking the pool if you need to work during your stay. When entering our house, information on our favorite spots (we're huge foodies) such as where to eat and what to do will be provided. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete!
Inside our family home, you'll have all the comforts you are used to, both TV's have firesticks and come pre-installed with Hulu and Netflix.
The kitchen is completely furnished (including that important coffee maker). The house has everything you need for cooking, bathing, washing up, pool towels, and so on. There is also a washer and dryer room off the lanai.
Whilst we are pet friendly, you must inform us at the time of booking of any accompanying pets - we charge a small pet fee, and ask that pets are cleaned up after, as we have a weekly lawn service. If the pets aren't cleaned up after there will be an extra cleaning charge. Also, we ask to be informed if you require charging points for your electric vehicles.
Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. We can help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.
