Positive: good location, nice view from the balcony, friendly staff, variety of food choice

Negative: cleanliness: lots of hairs inside my room, both on the floor and the mattress (you can see very long hairs through the bedsheet), and all along the staircase; pretty dusty as well, I did a quick clean up by myself once I checked in.
