Relax with a cup of coffee in the screened in porch and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the pond or a cool summer evening. The Village offers 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, playground, numerous restaurants, a bakery, a day spa, fitness center and adjacent walking trail. Walk or bike the Junction & Breakwater Biking & Hiking Trail from Lewes to Rehoboth and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
In the Master bedroom, there is a Queen size bed and private full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be used as a King, and the Living Room has a Queen Sleeper. Summary: This is a beautifully designed space with modern furnishings and fully functional appliances. For a two-bedroom unit, it felt quite spacious and features a great sitting deck with a beautiful view of the community. The location is fantastic—safe, quiet, with plenty of free parking, and conveniently close to the ferry, Cape Henlopen, Savannah, Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany beaches. We also loved the community swimming pool, which added to our enjoyment. The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared for a bit of a climb up the stairs. Additionally, be mindful of making too much noise, such as kids running or bouncing balls, as the neighbors below may contact you
