THE SPACE:
Spectacular Family Escape with its private resort style pool is located only 10 mins drive from the city centre and 5 mins drive to large shopping centre and cafes.
All bedrooms as well as lounge room are air-conditioned.
The living room offers lounge suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.
Five bedrooms fit out with comfortable mattresses, AC, and ceiling fans.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king-size bed, ensuite and Smart TV. There are other three bedrooms upstairs offering a queen bed in one room, two king singles in second room and a single bed in the third room. Downstairs, near living space, there is another bedroom with a queen bed along with study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
The property's fabulous private outdoor, tropical plants, seating areas, undercover dining area and the private lagoon swimming pool is suitable for quiet family or friends gatherings.
PLEASE NOTE:
The first level is accessed by a flight of stairs from the garage or front balcony and on this level is the living area including kitchen, one bedroom, study and bathroom. The main bedroom and ensuite along with three other bedrooms and bathroom are on the next level up and accessible by stairs only.
The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx. 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
