If you are looking to stay for the remainder of 2024, our availability calendar will be up to date and we would love to host you. Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. Our community is grateful for your support as local businesses continue to reopen their doors. Located on the #1 rated Sunset Beach, The Sunset Beach House is a totally unique, oceanfront oasis. Resting on 100 feet of private coastline, every residence features lanais and balconies overlooking historic Sunset Beach. In October 2020, the entire property was renovated and reimagined as Treasure Island’s only truly boutique experience. New sand, landscaping additions, exterior showers for every unit, two new gas grills, and complimentary paddle boards have been added to the already spectacular grounds. The property lends itself perfectly to gatherings, family reunions, and most notably, one of a kind beach weddings and receptions. The yard comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests.
The property comprises the historic main house, three beach bungalows, and 10,000 square feet of a white, sand backyard. The house is available as a 3 bedroom home that can sleep up to 12 guests. While the interior includes modern conveniences like complimentary wi-fi and state of the art televisions and appliances, the grounds promote the peaceful enjoyment of your private retreat. In addition to the freshly laid sand and landscaping, you will find plenty of lounge chairs, adirondack chairs, outdoor dining spaces, and a beach front deck designed to watch the perfect sunsets Sunset Beach is famous for. The yard has plenty of light and shade, and offers both a private beach experience as well as a nestled reprieve from the sun. Enjoy your morning coffee, or rest under the palms and pine trees.

FULL PROPERTY RENTAL:
At time of booking the Full property, there will be a $2500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit due. All balance are then due 6 months prior to arrival/event date.
EVENTS:
The Sunset Beach House has long been a destination for weddings, retreats, and other gatherings. We welcome private event inquiries, and can even provide a list of preferred wedding vendors to help get you started. You can also check out @sunsetbeachhouse_ti for property and event pictures.
If you plan to use the property as a wedding or event venue, you will be required to pay a site fee, and you will be required to use one of our wedding/event vendors. Please contact our office for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: All events require written approval by the properties event coordinator. Holding an unapproved event or large gathering will result in a $2,500.00 penalty!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we booked the home and 3 cottages for a bridal party. People who did not know each other came from all over the country. I requested to see the inside of the home at the owners convenience and I was mot permitted to do so. I needed to make sleeping arrangements so I based the arrangements on the home being 3 bedrooms since I couldn’t see it. I took you at your word. Once in the home, we realized that there were two bedrooms and one nook that was completely open (without a door) to one of the two bedrooms. I don’t know where the third bedroom is but there was a room with a pullout couch, TV, and balcony. It has No DOOR and it is completely open to others in the home. I asked for a curtain and the request was completely ignored. We purchased a rod a curtain so that one of the families would have a bit of privacy. Even with the curtain we purchased, it was not private and they chose not to stay. Additionally, there is a serious exhaust issue in the home. I have pictures of the vents that were filled with pollution and dust in the room described above and the kitchen area. It’s REALLY bad—especially if you hebrew allergies as one of our guests did. We did our best to clean it but it looks like a build up that has occurred over several years without being cleaned. We should definitely be refunded a portion of our payment because we could not utilize the property as it was advertised as we had to clean it.
