Summary: House was in a good location and my family enjoyed the drive way as we drove under the trees. Its about 10 to 15 mins to ithica and close to the state park there as well. A few things Id like to suggest is Central air. Each room had a portable heater unit which was nice but also had to be managed individually. Central air would help in keeping the house warm or cool with convenience in mind. The dishwarsh was also not working. It wasnt too bad for our family to wash the dishes but it took time we would have spent doing other things like hiking or playing on our mini vacation. It would be nice to have it working if we visit again. Lastly the front door made very loud slams when it was closing. The room is lo ated right next to the front door si if you forget to close it gently, you would likely wake someone up.All in all it was a great house. Property managers were helpful and courteous to us and all around the stay was comfortable.
