Spinnaker is perfectly situated just a stones throw to the river and has sweeping river views, three good-sized bedrooms and two living areas. With a comfortable feel and tastefully decorated throughout, you’ll love your holiday time spent here.
The Space:
The rolling waves and white sands of Goolwa Beach are just minutes away, where you can 4WD along the beach to find your own private spot for the day. When you’re not at the beach you can take a day tour out to the Coorong National Park or a trip back in time with the PS Oscar W.
Returning home to the Spinnaker, the front balcony offers relaxing views towards the river and is a wonderful place to enjoy down time with good company, a glass of local wine while watching the yachts bob along the river in the back ground.
The upper level has a spacious open plan living and dining area with multiple windows creating an abundance of natural light and brings the outdoors in.
The kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave has all you need for your stay.
The lower level has a living area, also with T.V and DVD, three good sized bedrooms, main bathroom with bath, separate vanity, shower and toilet.
Separate laundry with washing machine.
On the outside you’ll find a fully fenced yard, which is a great area for the children to play; and for the keen golfer you’ll be able to practice your putting skills with a putting green.

The accommodation at 2 Sturt Street Goolwa South was lovely thank you. A perfect location for sailing events held across the road at the Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club. I was able to watch the kids sail from the comfort of the house whilst they sailed in cold and blustery conditions! Julie H
