Summary: Had a large gathering for a bachelor party of 16 people. More than enough space for everyone. Overall: 5/5. Property was clean, spacious, and enjoyable for everyone. You won’t regret booking the property. Details: Amenities: The house itself is spacious and lends itself to entertaining large groups. Outside: Hot tub. Pool. Outdoor TVs. Cornhole. Mini golf. And shuffleboard. No issues having fun using what’s available at the property. The fridge was spacious, the living room had adequate seating and counter space. Made laying out food and beverages easy. Large table for meals. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. Bunk house and bed rooms had large beds to accommodate a large group. Location: Property is in a neighborhood, but the fences are tall and you don’t really feel like you’re next door to someone. We made plenty of noise in the early evenings and it was not a problem. Shopping for groceries and Convenience items Was easy. You should not that you are 20 minutes away from old town and other points of interest. not that big of a deal - but you should know it’s not convenient. Plan accordingly. Communication: We worked with the main property manager in the weeks prior to the event. At some point we were handed off to several different points of contact that got in touch via text for signing short term rental agreements and help for check in. Not an issue, but wish I was informed that I’d need to communicate with multiple people to gain access to the house. Ultimately communication was great - but a heads up that different members of the team would be contacting me would be a plus. Random texts asking for signatures without warning is off putting. I know it’s just business. In summary: we all really had a wonderful time. Property is highly recommended. I just wish I had an excuse to do a big gathering like that again.
