The 7 acres of open pasture will provide the relaxation you've been looking for – perfect for picnics by the spring fed pond or outdoor activities like sledding on the LL Bean tubes.
Step inside and you will understand the meticulous level of detail and care taken during the renovation. From the custom designed floors from Vermont Hardwoods out of Chester, VT to the upgraded amenities like a Breville espresso machine, Le Creuset cookware, and the La Cornue oven imported directly from France. Enjoy special touches like Simon Pearce glassware, Farmhouse Pottery dishes & custom bar area with imported Egyptian copper sink.
Enter the large mudroom through the gorgeous custom designed front door or through the heated, one car garage. Either way - you'll appreciate having ample storage for those cold Vermont winter nights. Continuing through to the first floor you'll find a well thought out dining space that's flexible for any party. An additional 8-person farmhouse style table is available that creates seating for up to 12. The massive kitchen island looking out onto the expansive views and spring fed pond becomes the focal point for entertaining. Additional details like the oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator and Thermador speed oven will make any home-chef happy. Heading back towards the main living wing, you'll walk through the 'speak-easy' inspired bar area into an incredible living space. The owners thoughtfully kept the warm feel of the cozy fireplace, original wide plank flooring, and big comfy leather furniture. As you and your guests sit by the roaring fire enjoying a locally crafted beer or a glass of wine, the kids in the group can enjoy the 80-inch TV in the adjacent great room (with attached full bathroom).
Heading upstairs, you'll find the main guest suite with accompanying king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with glass shower immediately to your left. To your right, you'll find two additional guest rooms (one with queen and one with a full bed) and another full bathroom located in the hall. Finally, enter the primary bedroom through your own yoga/relaxation area (equipped with a Peloton – just bring your own shoes!)
