The boat lift is occupied by the owners boat. but you can tie your boat up to the bottom dock! Updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with 2 living spaces and a dedicated office. The master bedroom has a King size bed with the most incredible Dream Cloud mattress. There is an updated en suite master bathroom with large shower. In the master bedroom is a 35" LED TV. A large closet with California closet system is adjacent to the master bathroom. The secondary bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full size bed, 2 large closets and a tv. There is a Pottery Barn foldable full size wood crib that can be used in either bedroom. There is a pull out sofa in the Family Room. Top notch fishing for the angler!! Side patio is perfect for star gazing & enjoying the firepit. Family friendly with a full size crib, high chair, toys. 25 minutes from historic St. Augustine shopping dining & beaches.

Summary: Beautiful property! Very much a WOW when you walk in! Stunning views! We had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable. Our only concern was the step down from the living room. Might consider a ramp there for easier transitioning. Overall, definitely a 5 star stay!
