This is a detached, completely private two story (approx. 700 guest house. Located in Fair Oaks, about 15 minutes to Folsom Lake, 5 minutes to Lake Natoma and American River.
10 min to Folsom & Folsom Lake for biking enthusiasts.
1.5 hrs from Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, and San Francisco.

The detached home comes with 2 separate bedrooms. Both rooms include large California King size beds. Luxury European style cotton bedding adorned with goose down comforters and pillows. There is also a hidden daybed with it's owns computer desk tucked at the end of the hall in right site of the entry.
There is also a large-sized crystal clear POOL is free to use! It is encouraged. :D
Each bedroom is lovely, decorated and has unique amenities. All of them have a very comfortable set up that will fit your needs.
The downstairs bedroom has a nice panoramic view of the sparkling swimming pool and beautiful backyard. It also includes a Victorian-style electric fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly nights. There is a sliding door that takes you right out into the spa area.
The upstairs bedroom. The ceiling in this room is rather low; You have to duck when walking through the door but can stand inside and move around, no problem. I would recommend the upstairs place for anyone under 5'7. It also has a king size bed.
The house also has a living room with couches. You will love relaxing with our 40" smart TV. Internet, Netflix, included for those that like to binge watch. ;)
There is also a small kitchen with appliances and a medium fridge with a freezer in the living room and a small fridge under the countertop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, and electrical burner to prepare food. All to use to your heart's desire. Silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and wine glasses-you name it!
The comfortable tiled bathroom has mirrored cabinets and comes equipped with a cutting edge corner shower that you will love! It has many settings and is just plain cool!
There are lots of fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherry, plums, and you can eat. Our street is very safe and private. Mind you; it is dark at night so can be pretty hard to locate the road, especially if you do not know where you are going. Just give us a call and we will help you find it!
No smoking please. Cannabis is not allowed in the property. No parties or events. No pets please. No additional people on property except guests that are on the reservation. Please park in front of house on street parking only. We expect our guest to be courteous, nice, and leave the place as you found it. If guest are in need of anything, just ask.
Quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am.
