The welcoming living room offers ample seating for 5, a 55” Smart TV with all your favorite streaming services, tasteful decor, and a large window for abundant natural light (more to come!).
The refinished wood floor flows from the living room directly into the fully stocked kitchen that’s been decked out to the nines. The modern white quartz countertops wrap from one end to the other and only help to accentuate the new stainless steel appliances. Even the modern backsplash, faucet, light fixtures, and cabinet handles didn’t go overlooked. Directly outside of the kitchen, is the first of two bedrooms. You’ll get a full, ultra soft, bed in each of them with high thread count sheets and 32” Smart TVs there too. The bathroom is conveniently located in between them and sports the same level of quality as the rest of it. Marble floors and tub surround give the spa feel but the soft wood vanity and plants help to incorporate some nature into the mix. Last but certainly not least, the sun room in the back offers a very cozy hang out spot with another 55” Smart TV and L Couch for the ultimate comfort experience. Perfect for hanging out during the room, drenched in that aforementioned natural light, or cuddling in the evening with a good book/movie. And if you thought that was all great, wait til you check out the backyard! There’s an awesome patio space and some major ~private~ grass real estate. Please take advantage of the provided outdoor games and enjoy this summer weather!
You'll have complete access of the apartment, the backyard, and the basement. You'll be granted permission to use one of the washer/dryer pairs. You DO NOT have access to the driveway nor the garage.
We are happy to meet you as needed or respect your space and leave you a peace. It's totally up to your preferences. We're a local company and have folks who live near by so it's never an inconvenience.
- Please note that dogs are generally not permitted unless valid proof of emotional support certification is provided for the specific dog.
- Please note we can potentially provide passes to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, or the Science Center upon request and depending on availability of passes!
