Positive: Perfect location, air conditioning, large kitchen excellent communication. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Great location if you are in your early 20s to 30s!
Negative: Uncomfortable bed that you sink in, clumpy pillows, dirty staircase, musty smell in house, and over flowing trash bins and smells in the alley. The sofa and rug were light gray so naturally showed the dirt and spots so it looks kind of dirty. I preferred to go to bed early and lied down on clean sheets rather than sitting on the dirty couch. The location is super fun and close to restaurants but since the tram passes by, it’s noisy. It woke me up few times cause I thought there is an earthquake.
