Positive: This was about two blocks from my house and I was able to rent it for my family to stay near for one night. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.
Negative: Furniture was bulky and place was dirty. Simple fixes such as replacing the shower curtain that had brown stains or dusting. The couch had multiple rips in it and you had to pullthe kitchen table away from the wall in order for more than two people to sit at it. It just didn’t seem like a very good use of the space. It was also annoying with how many signs were up around about the rules or “#stayinmydistrict”. Probably won’t rent it again when my family comes to town. They also have you upload your drivers license and guest information. Seems a bit invasive.
