Positive: Ease in overall use and location from parking to comfort to even jogging down to the riverfront! Being able to have our well-behaved dog with us here was exceptional!!
Negative: The west side of the townhome borders a restaurant where one morning, very early, trucks arrived and were noisy. But other than that, comfortable and convenient.
