Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!
The home has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities, making for the perfect beach getaway!

Boasting tons of natural light, white quartz countertops throughout the kitchen and all bathrooms, an very open concept floor plan, kitchen island with two-tier breakfast bar and additional seating, stainless steel appliances, gas range, custom cabinetry and backsplash, and a charming yet comfortable vibe - no detail is forgotten! Three king bedrooms and multiple exterior lounging spaces make for plenty of room for multiple families vacationing together!
It is a short, easy walk/bike ride to the wonderful beach access!
The beautiful private heated pool has a large sun shelf perfect for little ones to play or adults to lounge! Outdoor living area has a fire table, large umbrella, and a TV next to the outdoor pool area for relaxing al fresco for a movie night or the big game!
Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating including an eat-in kitchen island with 4 bar stools, a separate dining area that seats 8, and a convenient mud room / laundry room / powder bathroom right off the door that leads to the pool. Additionally there is one master bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and also a full private en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a darling built-in nook under the stairs right off of the living room that little ones will love to play and hide in!
Advancing to the second floor you will be greeted by a large second living room with a sleeper sofa, a built in wine bar with wine fridge, and a designated office space (with a door). The upstairs also hosts two additional king bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms and walk in closets, and has access to another beautiful porch. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite full bathroom as well. Additionally, there is also a kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of built in bunks, one set with full over full size beds and another with twin over twin size beds. The bunk room uses the corresponding hall bathroom with large bathtub/shower combo off of the second living space.

*We also manage three other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Morning Dew Cottage (285 Eastern Lake- 4 bedrooms), Molly Mae on 30A (269 Eastern Lake- 6 bedrooms), and The Jackpot (49 Brown St- 7 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher+ laundry pods for your stay
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
