*The Ring is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
Every house is unique. The Azalea House is no different. The HVAC air intake can be loud. It only turns on for a few minutes at a time. The ice maker sometimes clicks, that's normal.
The City picks up the trash every Tuesday. Recycling is picked up every other Tuesday.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. During the spring/summer, the lawn is mowed on Thursdays, weather permitting.

The home is located in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood. Your neighbors have lived on our block for decades and like to keep an eye on things. :)
The entire home (except for the owner's closet, attic and crawl space), garage, and yard are yours to enjoy during your stay.
Garage parking is available. Vehicles impacted by the recent Hyundai safety recall (NHTSA ID: 23V-651000) and Kia's safety recall (NHTSA ID: 23V-652000) are prohibited from parking in the garage or driveway for safety reasons. Search the NHTSA IDs for vehicles impacted by the recalls.
To open the garage door, you will have to go inside the house, and push the button located near the kitchen/garage door. There is no garage door remote.

Having a vehicle makes getting around town easier. Though there are nearby sidewalks and bike lanes available, especially as you get closer to campus.
You'll be close to the sidewalk on Wylie that will take you all the way to OU. If you're lucky, someone may leave a scooter nearby!
