This small rustic house is very original. The original layout has been maintained while providing modern comforts. It is located on a small Breton estate with a total of four dwellings and a common courtyard. Your private terrace is located at the back of the house above the long sandy beach. You have free access to the beautifully landscaped pleasure garden below your terrace. Sunny and shady spots invite you to stroll around and offer you a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. Three donkeys are waiting to be petted on the owner's spacious adjoining property. The lively seaside town of Locquirec can be reached in a few minutes by car. Surroundings: The eight beaches of the commune are located at the eastern end of the Bay of Morlaix and stretch over 17km of coastline. As well as wide sandy beaches with lifeguards in summer, there are also small sheltered coves. Plougasnou is located on the border between the departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. To the west, across the bay of Morlaix, the small town of Roscoff with its granite houses and lively port attracts visitors. To the east, we recommend a trip along the fantastic pink granite coast with the lively seaside resorts of Trebeurden and Perros Guirec.
