Unwind and relax to our newest offering at Copper Coast Yorke Peninsula! StoneScape Retreat - the holiday home was built over 100 years ago out of local line stone and granite used as ballasts in the ships that sailed over from Wales to load the copper mined in the area in the mid-1800s.
Beautiful restored baltic pine flooring throughout along with Jarrah in the kitchen. All painting has been done with your health in mind with all final coats done in low VOC paint and calm colours in the bedrooms and main lounge while the white adds freshness to the other living and amenities areas. The kitchen is a unique handmade exposed industrial theme with natural Oregon benches with a full-sized fridge and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, quality crockery and cutlery enough for 8 plus plastics for our door use and younger children.
'Stonescape Retreat' is one of Wallaroo's old limestone & granite cottages.
Highlights
The whole house and garden are yours to enjoy plus the added extras of Tea, coffee and a variety of herbal teas, a Porta cot, a Baby Bath & High chair.
The backyard boasts an awesome Alfresco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surroundings.

Sunroom with the second TV with inbuilt DVD player (small DVD library in the house).
Bathroom with full-size bath, separate shower, and hairdryer.
Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer and full-sized ironing board. Clothes airier and full-sized outside clothesline.
A modern BBQ and dining setting with a large pivoting sun umbrella makes the Alfresco area a popular place to be with our guests.
Also some extras available for you to use at no extra cost like a small in-house DVD library, a Nintendo WII, some games, toys, and a small amount of fishing gear.

Across the road is a skate park where many young children spend hours entertaining themselves and only a few hundred meters further down is a great playground.
Shopping for your holiday stores and refreshments is a breeze with the main Wallaroo shopping centre only 3 minutes’ walk where you’ll find a modern Foodland Supermarket and a well-stocked Cellarbrations bottle shop.
A great variety of Cafes and specialty shops are also within 3 minutes walking distance just down the road from Maldon. A little further on you can see more cafes and the famous jetty where you can just soak up the beautiful coastal sights or see a regular sight of the huge grain ocean liners being loaded with grain grown in the area

Relax and feel free to use everything available to you in the cottage and yard with the exception of the tree house.
Let the children play with all the toys and games available.
Beach toys are allowed on the beach.
