The 40 m² sustainable one-room apartment impresses with its modern interior and consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 sleeping area and 1 bathroom with separate WC and thus offers space for 2 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), heating. Cooling and a satellite flat-screen TV. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a covered terrace with dining area and sun loungers for relaxing. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with natural pool, outdoor shower, hot tub and barbecue is shared by all guests and invites you to relax and linger. An outdoor fitness station is also available for your daily outdoor workout. Twice a week, the wood-fired outdoor sauna can be used exclusively as a private spa upon advance reservation (for a fee).
