Summary: Arrived 4:15 to find cleaning crew still there. House was clean but recycling left behind. Garbage can outside full. No instructions on PU days or where to put it. Screen on front door ripped, oven had grease built up on the bottom. Saw mice on multiple occasions, in garbage compactor, running around in the kitchen and outside the front door. Romex wire hanging over the stove and out of the kitchen island and exposed in bottom floor bath. No AC on top and bottom floors. I did ask Prop mgr about what looked like a lot of stairs prior to renting and he said "there were a few". From the ground floor to the dock is 88 steps that are not lit up and half have no hand rail. In shape you better be if you plan on spending time on the dock. The boat lift was not wide enough for my 22' boat with 8' beam. I counted 3 shades in the entire house, 2 upstairs on the top deck doors (which roof deck is very small) and 1 in the master bedroom. If you like full light in the morning and no privacy, running up and down stairs all day, playing indoors with mice, no need for AC upstairs or downstairs and the dock needing to be easily accessible (especially at night) than this house is for you. The house has a lot of potential but it is not "Stunning" in its current state. I will not be renting this property again.
