Positive: location is great for quick access to the beaches. a quick 10 to 20 minute drive to sea world to fashion valley mall the zoo and other local area attractions the beaches and belmont park mall is perfect walking distances
Negative: no parking. they assigned a parking spot . but you need a golf cart or motorcycle or e bike for it best parking solution i found was to park in the community parking lots as the time allowed the closet commuter lot closed at 10pm the one up by belmont park makes for a walk home at night after ten pm.
Summary: nice fun quiet , neighbor hood is very polite
