Upon entering the unit you will find yourself on entry level with the spare bedroom, full bath, and access to outside patio. The full bath is conveniently located to get cleaned up after a day at the beach before entering the main levels. The downstairs can also serve as a playroom for the young members of your group. Upstairs you will find a modernly designed, fully equipped, kitchen and living space. Step outside of the dining room, and enjoy a sunset off the private balcony. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. The top deck is the perfect place to unwind with your company and enjoy the beautiful sunset of Colonial Beach. The view really is a show stopper!

Located near this unit is a number of walkable restaurants and point of interest. One block away is access to the Colonial Beach Pier and the public beaches. While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the city has to offer including more restaurants options down in the marina and The Point.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00.
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
